SEMP Enterprises, LLC

SEMP Enterprises, LLC (“SEMP”) is in a sound financial position. SEMP intends to move forward past the negotiation stage, and create some new and very positive business relationships in the very near future.

The SEMP Management team has instituted an internal change. The position of CEO and President, formally held by Allan Dobzyniak, MD, has been eliminated. Dr. Dobzyniak will remain a member of the SEMP Board and SEMP Management team. At this time, we anticipate no other institutional changes, as our philosophy and commitment to SEMP investors remains constant.

Going forward, SEMP’s priorities are as follows: (1) finalize the resale of the Allen Park MRI to Bio-Magnetic; (2) distribute 2006 K-1s (hopefully by April 1); (3) provide year end financial statements for 2006; and (4) provide investors with a 15% return on their initial investments before any management distributions are made.

Regarding the 2006 K-1 tax forms, we understand late distribution of these forms maybe problematic. However, SEMP is dependant upon the companies in which it is invested to provide K-1s before we can issue K-1s to our investors. At this time, we anticipate receiving tax information from Michigan Mobile Imaging in mid-March. We currently have no tentative date for receiving tax information from Physician Capital Management and PFSCo.
